NJB has spent years creating a culture of dedicated, skilled team members while growing and fine tuning its focus and expertise within the landscape construction and excavation world.
Growing up playing with the biggest sandbox in the neighborhood and as the son to a three-generation construction family has proven a passion for the dirt world. Our founder and president’s early years were spent watching and learning from his father and grandfather who worked in the excavation and site work field. They spent countless hours teaching how to operate equipment, manage projects, and to see the bigger picture. The years spent with these mentors has allowed us to gain the experience from older generations styles of work, as well as implementing a new age, NJB, spin on the young company’s culture.
